It's not often that I get a dad that inquires about a booking, so when dad booked me to be his little guys Pocatello Newborn Photographer I was delighted.

Baby S did decide to come weeks early and after 5 weeks in the NICU he finally made it to the studio. And when he got there I fell for him instantly. I mean look at those cheeks, how could you not? He was such a dream baby too, he slept great and wasn't too jumpy which sometimes NICU babies can be.

Also, can we please just take a minute and look at his little grumpy face in the bucket pose...no matter what I did he would not relax those brows but you know what that's totally ok because I think it's super duper adorable.

Dad brought in a couple props to include into baby's session and I love how I was able to incorporate them in. Baby S did put up a good fight for the helmet pose and seconds before we were about to give up little S finally settled in and let me get the shot. It was just meant to be, right?

I'm excited to photograph little man again in the future.
